SME Enterprise Portal
Network health translated into business-owner language.

A B2B customer portal where a multi-branch SME sees availability, branches, services, billing and support at a glance.
Context
The customer face of the Totalplay Empresarial ecosystem. The user isn't a network engineer: it's an SME owner who wants to know if their operation is online.
The design problem
An SME owner doesn't read technical latency-and-uptime dashboards. They need to know at a glance whether all is well and, if not, what needs their attention.
Design decisions
A 99.7% “Available” donut in green as an emotional anchor
The first read is a traffic light, not a table. It reassures before it informs.
Contextual alert up top with a direct CTA
The problem before the metric: what needs action goes first.
Service cards with health bars in human language
Internet, WiFi, Voice and Cameras read like moods, not raw percentages.
Visual system
- Light SaaS theme, rounded and airy
- Totalplay purple as brand; emerald / amber as states
- AI-assistant FAB always accessible
The highlight
The design does the interpretation work the user shouldn't have to — translating SLAs into whether the business is fine.
